… or guitar, it would seem. Well, hopefully! I’ve decided to learn how to play the guitar (I was inspired by Taylor Swift and some other people) and I can’t wait until I’ve got enough money to get my first guitar and start learning! I’ll start out learning some stuff on my own and then hopefully get lessons. I was wondering if anyone out there plays guitar or knows someone who does? If you do, any tips would be really appreciated! 
You guys gave such lovely responses to my tag I posted on my last blog entry; your comments were just so nice! I’m glad people enjoyed learning something new about me. 
I get the results of my AS level exams on Thursday… Hopefully I’ve done okay, but I think I may end up having to retake one or two exams in January! It’ll be a bit of extra pressure, but I don’t mind, as long as I come out with good grades when I finish school completely next year.
I won’t update until sometime late next week because I’m away from Friday – Wednesday visiting a friend! So I’ll leave you guys with a few questions:

I play guitar! Well, bass guitar. Same difference though lol. Really, if you’re going to teach yourself, make sure you buy like a training video and not a cd. That way you’ll be able to see what the person is doing. (:

Well she got with Robbie as you know, then he buggered offf to another country and Masimo took his place in the band. Wet Lindsey got him, then Masimo went out with Georgia. Thennnn basically Robbie came back, Georgia stayed with Masimo and then the band inc Robbie (he joined back with the band) got their break and are going to move to London. Georgia lets Masimo go and then she gets with Dave :). I love Dave and am SO happy Louise Rennison made it that way haha xD.
Okay you have made me feel a lot better. You saying that you’re going to keep with A Level even if you don’t get the AS result you wanted has made me feel that even though if I fail again, it isn’t such a huge deal at the moment because there is next year. I told myself that if I failed my exams I would want to quit my subjects haha xD. Good luck on Thursday :).
Unfortunately I won’t be getting mine because I am in Cyprus and forgot to give my school an envelope so they could post them to me :(. Haha. I have asked a friend to try and pick mine up so that I don’t have to wait until 1st day back to find out that I have failed again :P. That will be really bad. I hope I have done better this time though because I first took my AS exams January 09 this year…then retook in June :), so I failed my January exams :(. Haha.

I can still remember a bit of Piano and I taught myself some guitar. But not much. I really want to play the guitar more though :). And Piano to be honest.

Bit of both. Depends on the person commenting :P. Haha, that sounds really harsh but oh well xD. If I get a few long ones, I don’t mind. But if I get loads of long ones I hate it and hate replying to anyone, which was why I closed my domain site in like March!

I just saw that you wrote your own novel? How cool is that! How long did it take you to write it and stuff?? I am really interested in all that because I love to write myself.. but most of the time I just lose interest/ideas in the middle of a story which actually sucks.. maybe you have some great tips for me??

I’ve been playing guitar for 6 years. Hmm, there’s not really that many tips you can give except keep practising. Chords are hard at first, placing your fingers on the right frets is hard at first and hurts a bit. But after a while you’ll do it naturally and be able to play without looking at the guitar.

Longer comments – it shows the other person is actually thinking about what they’re writing and not just commenting for comment-backs.

stuff like banners and graphics don’t do much good, because nobody uses it. Helpful content is always nice, such as tutorials, and content that people use is nice.. like textures or actions or something (:
it’s quite a drag replying to them when you’re feeling lazy, but it’s nice to know that people actually read your blog. when someone just says nice layout, it’s kinda hard to reply to :p

The type of blogs that are poor excuses for blogs are the one when they just post what they updated and stuff. Content is nice, although a lot of people don’t use

I did do okay on my AS results! I had a dream though a few days ago that I got another E in English and a J in History…it was weird because you can’t even get the grade J haha, so I figured it was bad :(.
Turns out that I went a grade up in English to a grade D and a C in the English coursework. I got an E in one History exam BUT I was happy with it because last time I got a U (fail, pretty much no marks :P) and on the other History exam I got a B :D! I was SO shocked at that because well I don’t seem to do well on exams normally and that History topic was Politics :|. Of all subjects haha. AND it means that I don’t have two retakes in History next year, but I am going to retake the one just to see if I can improve more :). I got a C in ICT coursework and E on the exam ahaha, I thought that was pretty good because I don’t listen in the lesson :P. I sit there and make “Babe Lists” aka lists of fit celebrities haha (H).
